ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brainstorm, concept and collaborate on overall campaign ideas with creative team
  • Expertly craft copy, establish project’s tone and ensure it is consistent with brand guidelines
  • Provide and craft all written elements of creative projects
  • Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables
  • Present effectively and concisely directly to clients
  • Proactively identify and resolves issues
  • Lead creative team from a copywriting perspective
  • Always present work to ACD or CD before all internal meetings and client presentations
  • Stay aware of current advertising trends and industry innovations
  • Serve as mentor, lead and inspire peers within creative department

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7+ years experience in relevant fields
  • Exceptional creative portfolio
  • Outstanding creative ability and strong concept and strategic development skills
  • Ability to expertly write content and copy in a wide variety of styles
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, working within time deadlines, and prioritize tasks for each
  • Ability to work with a team across all creative disciplines
  • Team oriented, self-motivated
  • Understand the principles and process of web development
  • Display professional, articulate, and mature presence in all aspects of team and client relationship building
  • Must be able to direct photographers, illustrators, sound designers, directors and outside vendors as needed
