Altisource is seeking a Data Analyst Intern in our Sandy Springs, GA office to use data to help build and execute a client retention and lead generation strategy. This includes building a database to run overall data modeling to measure and address client lead generation. The Data Analyst Intern will use large complex sets of data that will need to be mined and manipulated in order to make important business decisions. 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Use a variety of technologies ( SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio, Microstrategy, Salesforce) and business data to help support client base
• Help maintain database to track and report on key client & corporate metrics to drive retention, improve efficiency, and enhance value to all stakeholders
• Use data to run a variety of analytics models that can help drive decision-making for both tactical and strategic purposes including assessments of existing products, new products, client consultation, and process improvement
• Participate in the design and implementation of lean reporting processes and initiatives within databases and CRM’s

WHAT ABOUT YOU?  You have...

• Knowledge in creating SQL queries is highly beneficial. Exposure to Tableau, major databases (Oracle & SQL Server), and CRM’s (Salesforce) 
• Strong reporting skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and MS Access 
• A highly analytical ability, yet skilled at distilling complex ideas and data into meaningful and actionable business insights 
• An ability to manage large, complex sets of data that need to be mined and manipulated in order to make important business decisions
