We are looking for Escrow Officers for Premium Title for our Ventura office. You are not required to do any selling in this job, we deliver all clients to you!  You will need to have had some national title experience to be selected for this role. Telecommuting is OK as long as you can come to our Ventura Office periodically.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO?

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of real estate transactions as per the guidelines set by management and the company, state regulatory bodies and/or the company Underwriter
• Prepare and/or secure all necessary settlement documents in accordance with state and federal regulatory bodies and lender closing instructions
• Confirm all Title and Escrow conditions are satisfied for closing
• Work with management to implement and maintain strategies which will help the company prevent title and escrow claims
• Support marketing efforts for the business by interacting effectively with clients, management and colleagues

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…

• Escrow experience in the State of California
• You must reside in California
• You have national title experience inside or outside of California
• A customer service call escalation experience in the Real Estate Title industry
• Experience with call center operations developing resolution strategies and implementing action plans to resolve title issues
• Excellent conflict management skills including the ability to identify problems, research and analyze issues from different perspectives and to diffuse conflict and customer distress
