If so, we would love to hear from you! We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and passionate National Business Development Manager to help us continue the growth with our Mortgage and Originations Solutions. 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Quarterback the direct sales strategy for enterprise prospects and accounts, identifying key stakeholders, qualifying opportunities and obstacles, and building important relationships
    Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Utilize your world-class relationship management and sales skills to drive deals through the closing cycle and into the client onboarding phase
  • Partner with internal marketing and customer experience resources to create/optimize client-focused marketing materials and establish innovative ways to service our clients

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

  • Extensive experience in business development in the Mortgage Services and/or Origination Services Industry
  • Proven success selling technology solutions (preferably SaaS) to mid-size and large enterprises across large regions/territories. Prior experience selling marketing applications and analytics to marketing teams required 
  • World-class solutions selling and relationship management skills combined with a passion for client service and user experience
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset in order to maintain data integrity, track sales progress, and regularly present pipeline growth in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong ability to build out detailed sales strategies and roadmaps aimed at acquiring enterprise-scale clients
