We are looking for a talented Program Manager, Client Onboarding in our Atlanta office to help develop and execute programs to ensure controls and processes are in place to support our clients. 

 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO… 

  • Conduct project intake meetings with stakeholders and present project plans to all stakeholders and executives involved in the project
  • Communicate regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders throughout the organization, building out a formal project management process (including define, create and codify policies and procedures) and software suite to support the function 
  • Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the business unit, implementing, managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved (namely technology and platform readiness for client on-boarding)
  • Develop and maintain evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement while also measuring customer satisfaction and ROI on revenue expenditures

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU? To accomplish the above, we expect you to have... 

 

  • Strong program management, project management, client onboarding/implementation, or business analysis background. Residential real estate and CRM experience is preferred
  • Experience managing complex projects, multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, auditing/quality control, process improvement, relationship management, requirement gathering and shifting priorities
  • Independent self-starter mentality, able  utilize available resources, research knowledge gaps, take initiative, with a preference for a paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Driven, with a desire to learn how to operate in an agile business operating model (six sigma certification preferred)
