We are looking for a talented Program Manager, Operations Excellence/Quality to be responsible for gathering requirements and managing the delivery of requests through on-going project management to ensure projects remain on schedule and are completed satisfactorily.

 WHAT YOU GET TO DO… 

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers across the organization (i.e., Services, Operations, etc.) to continuously and actively identify productivity improvement opportunities and structure them into projects with the right resources and tools
  • Participate in project team meetings as necessary to provide support and guidance. Regular status reporting of all projects to key stakeholders including, but not limited to, Service leadership, Executive Leadership, and Global Service leadership
  • Implement a governance structure and cadence to ensure commitments are kept and deliverables are met on time
  • Enlist support from OPEX resources to ensure that best practices and continuous improvement tools and methods (e.g., Lean, Kaizens, Problem Solving, Daily Management, etc.) are engrained in the project’s standard ways of working. Enlist support from Finance resources to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of productivity benefits
  • Identify risks and initiate risk mitigation to ensure deliverables are met. Collaborate with other Productivity Program leaders (e.g., Sales, Operations, BIU’s, etc.) to share best practices and key learnings.

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU? To accomplish the above, we expect you to have... 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies; Project Management experience or certification strongly preferred. Six Sigma / Lean experience preferred
  • Ability to manage large, complex projects across multiple working groups.. Ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams and individuals. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to different stakeholders and organizational levels on operational and financial performance
