We are looking for an experienced Specialist, People Solutions, reporting to our Assistant Manager, People Solutions. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading!
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
• Be the first point of contact to all the associates in the organization
• Interaction with business leads and business partners
• Monitor group service mailbox and the chat-box
• Provide timely resolution to all the issues received and manage escalations
WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…
• Graduate with experience in HR Operations (HR Processes and Compliance)
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Experience of working on HR Systems (Oracle HCM preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the business sense to recognize both departmental and company priorities
• Detail oriented and a team player
• Advanced competency in MS-Excel/databases
