Team Leader, Valuations

 

  • Work with team to Provide value to properties using the sale comparison approach
  • Reconcile the value provided basis the prior value history of the property
  • Should be detail oriented and have analytical skills
  • Be open to learning and applying new software applications quickly
  • Ensure production statistics are analyzed on a daily basis to ensure business unit objectives and thresholds are being fulfilled within Service level agreements
  • Handle daily escalation issues and subject matter expertise
  • Oversee activities of assigned group to ensure effective performance standards
  • Coach, mentor and train all direct reports
  • Document all process, workflow and system gaps and implement fixes
  • Manage productivity requirements and devise and implement strategies to improve production
  • Manage quality performance and turn-around-times for each order

Key Result Areas:

  • Ensure client dictated SLA’s are adhered to
  • Execute required internal and external training
  • Ensure team's performance - Production and Quality targets are met
  • Liaise with training team to have required trainings executed and conduct trainings on need basis
  • Ensure implemented tools, policies and procedures meet the needs of both internal and external clients
  • Act as the subject matter expert to meet the requirements of both internal and external clients
