About this role:  

Andela is extending our Media Vertical and focused on the expansion of media opportunities to better support the clients we serve.  As a Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with Account Executives to expand existing clients seeking opportunities in our clients media measurement and assist Sales Executives in developing new business to grow overall client revenue by supporting them with Subject Matter Expertise in Media.  You will be responsible for extending our Media Mix Modeling (MMM) process, building strategic partnerships and helping manufacturers & retailers make better decisions and get greater returns on their media spend.

Responsibilities:  

  • Demonstrate Media Subject Matter Expertise and partner with sales teams on revenue opportunities
  • Build a Go-to-Market strategy within Media measurement and other media opportunities
  • Understand competitive landscape and identify new areas of opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and meet client expectations
  • Create appropriate delivery processes for media measurement and new ionnovation
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure a solution and/or the right team is in place to meet the needs of our client.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate correct resources throughout the engagements

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years of industry related work experience   
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering/consulting role
  • 5+ years managing multiple cross functional teams
  • Preferred higher education or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment. 
  • Preferred experience in Ad Agency 
  • Knowledge of Multi Channel Attribution (MTA) & Media Mix Modeling (MMM) techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills  
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills  
  • Ability to influence
  • Initiative, detail orientation, strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment 
  • Excellent planning and organization discipline  
  • Creative self-starter, with the proven ability to handle multiple projects while consistently meeting objectives in a dynamic environment
