Atlassian is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

You love to innovate and build. You're customer-centric while at the same time being visionary and driven. You're excited about the opportunity to work with smart people on complex challenges. You're a natural team player, you're inquisitive, and you enjoy dissecting and taking on hard problems (the more challenging the better). You have a great foundation in computer science and awesome skills in writing software with minimal bugs. While you’re passionate about your work and delivering amazing quality, you’re still able to go fast, which means you have good intuition when it comes to your workload and using your time wisely. 

We are recruiting for roles in our Bay Area, CA offices for our IT Sales and Marketing and Finance Systems Teams

Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we do not offer U.S. work visa sponsorship to F-1 student graduates at this time.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other related technical field and graduate by June 2021
  • Have experience with Excel and automation platforms like email
  • Be able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) internship during Summer 2020
  • It’s great, but not required, if you have:

  • Exposure to SaaS solutions, analyzing data and process maps, basic coding 
  • Knowledge of, or exposure to, A/R, finance, marketing systems including CRM and/or accounting operations
  • Drafted Business Requirement Documentation for project specifications
  • An understanding of data structures, in particular how they are implemented and how to apply them to solve problems
  • Participated in the User Acceptance Testing for various updates

We are big believers in ‘lean’ (which means we don’t do documentation for documentation's sake). We know the importance of validating assumptions about stakeholders and use various types of testing to figure out whether we're right (or wrong).
