Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

We are on a mission to reinvent B2B selling. We are aware that classic fast-paced sales tactics don't work anymore. We have built a billion dollar, fast-growing business without any of those tactics, based on high-quality products, free trials and an intense focus on customer happiness. Those happy customers convert to paying Customers, resulting in a prolific "Flywheel" that has delivered 150,000+ customers to date. We know that there is an opportunity to pro-actively engage with our customers through targeted, valuable outbound engagements, such as our Atlassian University Training Programs, that will lead to higher conversions and incremental bookings throughout the Customer lifecycle.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will play a key role in driving operational rigor and measuring what is and what is not working in our training programs. The role will include driving sales planning processes as well and supporting larger strategic goals to grow and develop the program. This position is really exciting for anyone who wants to work with a global, high-impact team.

In this role:

  • You will develop an in-depth and automated reporting suite around sales metrics for Atlassian’s University and Training groups
  • You will help drive regular reporting and business measurement cadences for our field services org
  • You will support day-to-day running of the business, including providing executive business insights and developing reporting to guide our leaders on where to invest and focus You will collaborate with various teams on key strategic processes such as annual planning, re-forecasting, and QBRs
  • On your first day, we will expect that:

  • You have over 3 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, preferably with a focus on sales strategy and operations
  • You possess superb MS Excel skills, working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • You are able to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly your findings with diverse teams and leadership through various channels
  • You have strong presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org
  • It's also great if:

  • You have an experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • You are proficient with SQL and can join any data sources you need together
  • You have familiarity with sales strategy projects like planning and business modeling
