We are looking for a very passionate Intern to help support the Atlassian Foundation from our office in the centre of Amsterdam. If you are passionate about giving back and have an affinity with the Atlassian Foundation objectives, then this role could be a good match for you. The Foundation Team is a dynamic, passionate and fun-loving team, located in Sydney, Adelaide, San Francisco, New York, and Manila, but it is supported locally by a team of people in each of our offices that help drive key objectives and initiatives next to their full-time day-to-day activities.

You are passionate about giving back to society, have a strong sense of ownership, and know how to get $#^% done! Ideally, we are looking for a person with an academic background in corporate social responsibility and whilst finishing off his/her studies would like to gain some hands-on working experience. Apart from supporting our local team with executing their local activities, you will also work on a more strategic level to support our global objectives. The role would be for at least 1 semester/ 6 months and if successful can be extended for another semester.

The Atlassian Foundation has big, bold goals and we need a bold and passionate advocate to engage our European based Atlassians, and carry out our activities in this area. You'll be sparking initiatives, ramping-up employee engagement, and supporting the growth of education-related programs and our partnerships with NGOs throughout Europe.

- Support the Amsterdam Foundation Council by building a pipeline of volunteering opportunities;

- Assist the Amsterdam Foundation Council to manage the corporate partnership with local non-profit organisations;

- Engaging Amsterdam based Atlassians in Foundation activities;

- Being the first point of contact for all external requests for Foundation assistance;

- Help on-boarding new employees into Foundation related activities;

- Help drive engagement in Pledge 1% activities in AMS;
