Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.

Do you live and breathe user experience, love solving problems, and thrive on variety? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! We are looking for a Designer in Bangalore to work on Opsgenie - a fun, hardworking, and highly-experienced team who all enjoy playing and working together as a team to define the future of IT.
OpsGenie is a modern incident management platform for operating always-on services, empowering Dev & Ops teams to plan for service disruptions and stay in control during incidents. OpsGenie centralizes alerts, notifies the right people reliably, and enables them to collaborate and take rapid action.
Your work will directly impact tens of thousands of customers, and millions of users!
We're searching for an experienced Product Designer/UX Designer to help execute on the vision and design direction. As a part of the overall IT solution, you will work in conjunction with other designers across IT Services practices, including Service Request management and Change management.

As one of our Designers on Opsgenie, you will:
Work in an experienced, tight-knit team alongside a product manager and engineers to optimise the experience for how IT operations teams prepare for and respond to incidents.
Work directly with your cross-functional team to have creative autonomy & impact across the product.
Have the opportunity to work across the entire end-to-end design process, from very early stage research and ideation, to iteration and implementation, harnessing your abilities to craft key experiences using the Atlassian design system.

On your first day, we would love for you to have:
4+ years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally designing complex or enterprise-level software
Excitement for and experience in improving every aspect of the user-centered design process to seek sophisticated problems
Ability to apply your design skills in product, interaction, and visual design to help create and build new features
Ability to collaborate with, influence, and impact different cross-functional partners and teams across the organization
Experience with conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modeling
Ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
