Our Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A) is looking for a Finance Manager who to act as the “glue” across our Finance Operations team. You'll work closely with the Head of FP&A Operations to consolidate, prepare and analyse all areas of the Operations Finance Plan across all functions. You will partner directly with the highest levels of Finance leadership and drive value with a particular focus on leading the company’s agile planning and forecasting processes for the Operations team. In this role, you'll get to:

  • Lead and align team members across the FP&A Operations organisation, to prepare financial analysis, decision support analysis, financial modelling and provide ad-hoc analytical support
  • Support the FP&A Operations team on their reporting and forecasting needs for each planning cycle e.g. preparing P&L targets, baselining expenses etc.
  • Own the communications strategy for all planning changes on behalf of the FP&A Operations team which includes executive level and detailed project briefs and status updates
  • Partner with other teams within Finance to drive execution of forecasting, planning and actuals reporting
  • Facilitate finance optimisation efforts and help us build a world-class FP&A organisation by developing, standardising, maintaining and driving continuous improvement of all planning and forecast process

  • Solid experience with planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, P&L management, interpreting and reporting business performance results
  • Prior software sector experience is highly preferred, Cloud/SaaS is a strong plus
  • Advanced Proficiency in financial modelling and Keynote presentation development
  • Strong technical fundamentals - excel, but also exposure to planning tools (Anaplan), database / data warehousing concepts and finance systems (CRM & ERP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics), MBA and/or CPA is a plus
