Atlassian is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.
Atlassian is looking for an experienced and talented Front End Engineer to join our team in Mountain View. You'll be directly impacting the customer experience through the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in our suite of products such as Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Access and so many more. You'll work as part of a rapidly growing and high-energy team delivering incredible and creative improvements to our products using modern web technologies that you love. You'll collaborate with other developers to write the best code for the project and deliver amazing results that our users will love!
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
• A specialization in Javascript, HTML5, CSS
• Experience with modern Javascript frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS, Vue)
• Experience with modern unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme)
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture and data-driven development
• Ability to work with designers to develop dynamic user experiences
It’s awesome, but not required if you have:
• Experience with React
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Familiarity with Apollo
• Familiarity with ImmutableJS
• Experience with Typescript
• Experience using AWS and Docker containers
