Atlassian is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

Role:

You will work across our global business, building strong partnerships with the Centre of Excellence’s, HR Business Partners and People Partners. Your primary focus will be to work closely with the business and HRIT, drive collection, analysis, and reporting of data relating to our HR process to inform business strategies. You will also play a key role in; project management, change management, and continuous improvement. 
 
Key Skills 

As a successful candidate, you will have the following key skills:
 
·      Business requirements gathering; interaction with the business to understand their problems and needs
·      Gap analysis development
·      Experience in process mapping and documentation
·      Solution implementation and testing, including test plan and scenarios development
·      Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with conflicting deadlines 
·      Strong critical analysis and proactive problem solving
·      Data analysis, evaluation, and visualisation 
·      Big picture thinker who can still focus on the details
·      Excellent stakeholder management and communication 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
The focus of this role is around HR projects which focus on implementing new HR programs, process, and technologies (including integrations and Robotic Process Automation) and/or improving the existing ones. The key responsibilities include:
 
·      Drive innovation, continual improvement and business optimisation of HR programs and processes
·      Work with Reporting and Analytics team to provide visualisations through technologies such as Tableau. 
·      Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders to support business strategy.
·      Collaborate with HR teams, business partners, and HRIT to identify opportunities and respond to business needs. 
·      Provides exceptional service by being connected, responsive, and insightful.  
·      Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including HRIT.
 
 
Qualifications and Experience   
 
Experience :

·      Strong HR functional background
·      Minimum 5 years’ experience of business analysis, gap analysis, solution evaluation, data management, analysis, reporting, and dashboard visualisation 
·      Experience in Agile methodologies 
·      Proven track record working in a cross-functional team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, countries, and cultures 
·      WorkDay (or similar) systems experience 
·      Strong technical experience in the Google suite, Confluence, Jira and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau)
·      Process mapping and documentation tools experience (e.g., Visio, Signavio)
 
Preferred Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's Degree in association with HR, Business or Analytics is crucial
·      Certification in Business Process Improvement, Six Sigma or Lean 
·      Certification in Data Analytics and Data visualisation
