Job description

Are you passionate about managing a team, helping people answer questions with data, and optimizing analytics and reporting? Do you love crafting and building dashboards that deliver on customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic reporting environment? If so, this role is for you. As a Reporting Analytics Manager on our People Reporting and Analytics team, you will partner closely with the People Team and business leads, understand their challenges, manage analysts and collaborate on driving our business to the next level.

In this role:

  • You will provide technical support for HR Reports & Analytics Service Desk by developing simple to complex reports in Workday as well modification of existing reports.
  • You will provide administrative support such as process-documentation and manual consolidation to prepare reports
  • You will provide project support by coordination, follow-ups, and to create communications materials.
  • You will maintain internal reports documentation and policies and up to date
  • You will assist in compensation ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • You will contribute to driving continuous process improvements
  • On your first day, we'll expect that:

  • You have 1 - 2years of HR Reports & Analytics work experience from a shared services company
  • You have advanced Excel and Word skills required
  • You have experience in HRIS system preferred (e.g. Workday)
  • You have experience in Visualization Tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote, Tableau)
  • You have strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information
  • You have strong oral and written English communication skills
  • You are customer-oriented
  • You are Self-starter with good time management and prioritization skills
  • You have the ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and create communication materials between Business Leaders and Technical Groups.
