Job Description

Atlassian is looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join its Go-To-Market Technology team. This team’s mission is to delight customers through every interaction across the customer lifecycle, to drive growth sustainably. This role will represent the Front-Office on strategic projects and working groups, owning issues, and delivering actions. And be responsible for developing and integrating scalable front-office applications & architecture that enables business process automation, improved operational efficiencies, and better management insights for Atlassian.

More about you :

On your first day, we'd love for you to have:

·       A deep understanding of key front-office business processes (CRM, Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Quote, Channels & Partner management and high-touch / Low-touch sales motions, etc.) and you are capable of translating complex processes into technical requirements.
·       Worked on one of the CRM platforms (SFDC, Oracle, SAP, etc.) for 7-10 years and have a good understanding of the data flow across these disperse systems and the challenges involved in maintaining data integrity.
·       Comfortable interacting with highly technical team members to design, project-manage and implement technical solutions.
·       Data-driven, pragmatic and bring a relaxed, enthusiastic attitude while dealing with ambiguity.

Nice to Have :

·       Exposure in integrating front-office apps (CRM/Partner Portal etc.) to eCommerce / Billing / Payments experience.
·       Experience building technology solution for channel & partner management business.
·       Exposure to B2B and B2C sales motion.
