Atlassian is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

As the Senior Product Manager, Advocates you’ll work in the IT sales and marketing team to champion and manage the technology roadmap of Atlassian’s advocates. Atlassian’s advocates work with customers and evaluators directly and will be looking for your strong product management and proactive leadership to help them achieve their goals. More about the role

• Own and lead the Atlassian advocates product roadmap that enables the seller-initiated purchase experience (involving generating quoting or self-service) for ‘high touch’ large and enterprise customers for all Atlassian software solutions.
• Own and transform the IT platforms and services associated to the Altassian advocate experience.
• Lead the Commerce Quoting integration with Salesforce
• Define and execute the roadmap for advocates' experience.
• Partner with Business Process owners, Engineering and designers for delivery.
• Partner with and enable Atlassian’s advocates team to drive internal process and automation improvements, along with delivering customer feedback for better products to development teams.

More about you

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience with a focus on SaaS Software developing product vision and go-to-market strategy
• Experience in billing and quote to cash for B2C, B2B (incl. enterprise) and channel
• Roadmap prioritization skills to achieve the ultimate product/market fit with a focus on user experience and application design while striking a balance between UI, UX, performance and speed to deliver.
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to create product roadmap from initial idea to launch including product limitations into roadmap
• Extensive experience working with engineering teams with focus on requirements definition and regular cadence of product releases
• Good understanding of modern enterprise software technologies and solutioning skills that involve such technologies.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills. Passion for cross functional collaboration, including collaboration with international teams.
• Strong functional design experience.
• Data driven decision making skills.
