Atlassian is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

Confluence is a team workspace where knowledge and collaboration meet. With over 40,000 customers, 190 million pages built, and millions of end users, Confluence is changing how we work. Teams at Netflix, NASA, and the New York Times use Confluence to help them create, collaborate, and organize work all in one place. Do you thrive working in a high-velocity low-touch marketing model? Do you care passionately about strategic storytelling? Do you feel at home working across cross-functional teams to get stuff done? If so, you’ll be a great fit for this PMM role! Your deliverables will include expanding and refining how Confluence fits into Atlassian’s solutions, content micro-sites, DevOps and ITSM story. You’ll develop marketing touch-points to cross-sell Confluence across Atlassian’s leading products, and articulate Confluence’s unique value for sales enablement materials.

More about you

You have 3-6 years of Marketing, Digital Journeys and Strategy experience in high-tech, preferably with a DevOps/ITSM background. You can think strategically about a market and craft the right strategy to go after it. You are a strong critical thinker who feels comfortable pouring over analytics to make data-informed decisions, yet you don’t lose sight of the big picture.

Success in this role looks like:
• Effectively analyzing market problems and finding opportunities
• Developing and driving the solutions and cross-sell execution plan for Confluence
• Developing high-quality content across digital touchpoints that expresses Confluence’s unique value within the larger solution story
• Define strategy and partner with content teams and contractors to create content for micro-sites
• Build enablement materials to help drive conversations and conversions for our direct sales organization and channel partners
• Contribute to and/or drive marketing campaigns to tell our solutions story to the world
