Atlassian is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

Atlassian is looking for a strategic and results-driven partnerships lead who is passionate about team collaboration and the future of work. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, leading, and growing strategic partnerships that generate new business for Atlassian and our partners.

Roles and responsibilities

Strategically, you will…
• Identify, incubate, and develop growth opportunities with partners
• Set partnership goals and drive alignment with internal + external business, product, and GTM partners
• Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance, and inform our product and GTM roadmap
• Represent Atlassian and provide thought leadership in external meetings with senior executives from other companies

On a day-to-day basis, you will...

• Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving both business and technical issues
• Execute on all aspects of the business relationship with each partner, including on-boarding, integration, training, executive reporting, and growth
• Strategize with cross-functional teams on the design, execution, and measurement of launch + GTM programs, campaigns, and events to drive partner-influenced opportunities
• Scale partner enablement programs and solution development between Atlassian and partners

More about you

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• 6+ years of meaningful work experience with product, partnership, or GTM experience in software, IT, collaboration, and / or platform-focused companies
• A proven track record of achieving growth (leads, revenue) via partnerships
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience defining, developing, and scaling partner programs and processes
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, legal, PR, ecosystem, and operations teams to drive customer success and joint business goals
• No fear getting your hands dirty doing individual contributor work, while also thinking and working at a higher level to define strategy and drive execution across teams
• Outstanding relationship-building and presentation skills at all levels, from C-levels down, both inside and outside of Atlassian
• Excellent communication and influence across teams (especially product and marketing) to inspire change
• Ability to balance priorities and prioritize ruthlessly
• Willingness and ability to travel (roughly twice a quarter)

It's phenomenal, but not required, if you also have the deadly ninja-like combination of technical, product, and marketing expertise.
