Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.

The Atlassian Marketplace is one of the largest developer app stores globally and has generated over $1 billion in app sales since launching in 2012. Our Marketplace partners have made 100’s of millions of dollars through the Atlassian Marketplace. As a member of the Marketplace Support team, you'll work alongside teammates in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America enabling our Marketplace Partners to solve customer issues and handle their ever growing businesses. While you will be working with colleagues from all over the globe, you will in many ways be the master of your own workday. You'll be a perfect fit if you are comfortable with flexible hours, enjoy finding new ways to improve processes, and want to expand your technical knowledge through results-oriented and exciting projects. Your experience demonstrates that you know how to get things done while ensuring customer satisfaction.
