Through hands-on experience, Associates at BAYADA learn all aspects of managing and growing a caseload, recruiting staff and monitoring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting initiatives, including the new hire on-boarding process
- The Associate will help in the hiring process by coordinating in-office on-boarding, determining work opportunities based on office needs, and managing employee files and compliance.
- Act as an in-office point of contact to new employees that are building their schedules.
- Manage a small caseload of clients.
- Promote retention activities i.e., recognition and company contests, along with assisting in the performance appraisal process
Qualifications:
- Four year college degree (prior health care, home care and recruiting experience a plus)
- A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
