Through hands-on experience, Associates at BAYADA learn all aspects of managing and growing a caseload, recruiting staff and monitoring compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting initiatives, including the new hire on-boarding process
  • The Associate will help in the hiring process by coordinating in-office on-boarding, determining work opportunities based on office needs, and managing employee files and compliance.
  • Act as an in-office point of contact to new employees that are building their schedules.
  • Manage a small caseload of clients.
  • Promote retention activities i.e., recognition and company contests, along with assisting in the performance appraisal process

Qualifications:

  • Four year college degree (prior health care, home care and recruiting experience a plus)
  • A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
