We are looking for a local Habilitation Technician / Direct Support Professional who's availability fits the openings below:

Salisbury/ Rockwell 

M-F Days (Community based)

Weekends (Community and Personal Care)

Concord /Kannapolis 

M-F Personal Care case

2-4 days a week (Community Based)

Part time  Afternoons and weekends needed

Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

  • Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
  • Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community
