Bayada is seeking to hire on entry level Home Health Aide candidates  to care for high needs clients located throughout Philadelphia or Bucks County. These clients are non-mobile and will need assistance with day to day living. We offer express training and the opportunity to get a Adult Residential License. We currently offer part time, weekends, overnights, and afternoon hours. 

Requirements

1 year of previous work experience (does not have to be healthcare related)

Ability to pass a standard background check

History of strong reliability

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aide: training provided for qualified candidates

  • Activities of daily living  
  • Light housekeeping  
  • Bathing  
  • Grooming  
  • Toileting  
  • Nail care  
  • Range of motion / exercises  
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices  
  • Oral feeding  
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration  
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.  
  • Assisting with ambulation  
  • Medication assistance
