This is an exciting REMOTE opportunity for experience home health Registered Nurses! This employee must have experience with OASIS and Home Care Home Base systems to qualify. The main task of this individual will be managing the workflow for our clinical leadership team in our Honolulu home health visits office.

Qualifications include:
- Experience with Home Care Home Base and OASIS required.
- Current RN license in good standing
- BSN/MSN
- Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical and managerial experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Case Management experience
- Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Solid communication and PC skills (bilingual in Spanish and English a plus)
