BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Manager, FP&A Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team supporting the Enterprise Support Practice. The Manager, FP&A Finance Business Partner is responsible for leading the work of budgeting/planning, financial analysis, and management reporting for Enterprise Support cost centers. This role is currently remote with the expectation of a flexible hybrid work environment in the future.
 
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversees annual and mid-year budgeting process for Enterprise Support Practice
  • Assist and support Enterprise Support leaders and executive leaders in the budgeting and planning process.
  • Analyze and compare financial results and metrics against plan and other internal benchmarking.
  • Serve as financial liaison (finance partner) between enterprise finance functions and Enterprise Support Practice.
  • Actively participate on-boarding of new Enterprise Support Practice leaders.
  • Develop, evaluate, monitor long and short-term financial objectives and metrics ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategic goals and objectives of the Practice.
  • Prepares and monitors capital expenditures for budget adherence.
  • Interpret financial performance to identify business risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support development of long-range goals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Mentor and guide team members

Qualifications:

  • Four (4) year college degree with strong academic performance (finance / accounting preferred)
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Five (5) – nine (7) years successful experience in a financial analysis role
  • Three (3) years managerial experience of people or processes.
  • Tableau, Workday, Adaptive Planning experience preferred but not required
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
