BAYADA Medication Technicians (Med Techs)/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals who have an intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

All we require is a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn!  We train motivated individuals through online courses, on the job experience and skills certification.  Experienced candidates are always welcome as well!
