POSITION TITLE:         CLINICAL MANAGER, HOME HEALTH

POSITION SUMMARY:

Leads field staff on client service, clinical excellence, quality and adherence to policies and procedures. Accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development.

SUPERVISED BY:                             ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, DIRECTOR OR AREA DIRECTOR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and
  2. Holds a current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of Delaware. BSN preferred and required based on state
  3. Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.
  4. Prior supervisory experience commensurate with program
  5. Minimum of two (2) years of community health nursing
  6. Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal
  7. Demonstrated record of goal
  8. Demonstrated track record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current
  9. Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
  10. Completed Nursing Skills Checklist demonstrating knowledge and skills appropriate to age range of client population

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR CLINICAL MANAGER:

  1. Three (3) to five (5) years of BAYADA Home Health Care Clinical Manager experience or comparable experience within home
  2. Demonstrated expertise in clinical care and field staff
  3. Demonstrated record of developing staff into Clinical Manager roles or other promotional
  4. Demonstrated expertise in all areas of
  5. Understands and connects with BAYADA culture.
  6. Effective presentation skills and ability to influence
  7. Home Health Care experience preferred

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  2. Work closely with the Rehab Manager (where applicable) and Director to ensure cohesive and consistent management of all field staff
  3. Oversee the delivery of all services to ensure superior quality
  4. Provide clinical oversight to field staff.
  5. Support the team (office and company)
  6. Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
  7. Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor:
