BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Manager/Home Care RN for our Dover, Delaware  home care office. This office provides best in class care to Adult Nursing clients throughout Kent and Sussex.

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!

• Conduct client assessments and complete the care planning process including development, implementation, and updates to the client’s individualized plan of care.
• Making regular visits to evaluate client progress toward goals.
• Provide initial and on-going client education, as necessary.
• Provide clinical oversight to field staff, which includes participating in the field staff hiring process, supervising field staff through care rendered in the home and through review of clinical documentation
• Participate in providing feedback to employees through recognition, counseling, and the performance appraisal process.
• Provide clinical guidance and judgement to office colleagues
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities.

• Minimum of two (2) years recent, verifiable, clinical experience as an RN.
• Experience working with tracheostomies and ventilators.
