The Program Manager will be a highly motivated, relationship-focused Registered Nurse who will guide a team of nurses and therapists dedicated to providing home health services to the adult and senior communities. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of business development and enhancement, clinical care, business operations, and customer service.
- The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performing team of therapists and nurses and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the home care and outpatient setting. Management experience, strong interpersonal skills and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business development in this position and clinical care will also be a part of this role.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License
- Bachelor's Degree minimum
- 3+ years recent clinical experience
- Demonstrated sales/marketing or business development experience is preferred
- Home health experience and knowledge of Medicare Parts A & B is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
