BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manager for our Glen Burnie, MD Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Anne Arundel, Calvert, and Howard countiesAs a clinical manager you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Glen Burnie and surrounding areas.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses.
  • Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS and the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health
  • Demonstrated success working independently while taking on increased responsibilities
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience with electronic medical record documentation and reporting systems
