RN, Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Perform assigned duties, including, client assessments, administration of medication, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to Clinical Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a electronic medical records
RN, Registered Nurse, Qualifications:
- New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
