BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full time Data Visualization and Reporting, Senior Associate, in our Data Analytics teams office, located in Pennsauken, NJ.   

With minimal supervision, the Data Visualization and Reporting Senior Associate in this role perform complex data analysis and reporting by identifying trends, creating reporting tools, improving business processes, and facilitating decision making. This position is
differentiated from the Associate role through a demonstration of subject matter expertise, ownership and accountability for complex assignments, and the ability to work in a mentoring capacity leading, coaching, and training others. It is a mid-level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA Home Health Care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability. 
  • Four (4) year college degree (statistics, economics, physical sciences, psychology, sociology, data science, engineering, computer sciences degree preferred). 
  • Three (3) years successful experience in Associate role or a related analytical position. 
  • Experience in developing data visualizations and reports using Tableau. 
  • Familiarity with at least one modern statistical programming language or package. R strongly preferred but Stata, SPSS, SAS, or Python acceptable 
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills. 
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Prior health care and home care experience is a plus. 
  • Solid record of goal achievement and exceeds performance standards. 
  • Able to handle multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to learn new skills and techniques quickly. 
  • Capable of working with minimal oversight, take direction, and manage multiple projects independently. 
  • Proficient in basic and advanced PC skills required to perform job functions. Demonstrated experience using advanced Microsoft Excel features and techniques. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner to groups of employees, managers, directors, and other customers. 
  • Technical expertise regarding data models and database design development. 
  • Ability to motivate and be self-motivated, flexible, versatile, and creative. Possesses problem solving ability, leadership skills, and is able to foster interpersonal relationships. 
  • Understands the company’s organizational structure, financial status, and operational goals/objectives. 
  • Embraces the company’s entrepreneurial spirit through recognition and capitalization of opportunities and a healthy challenge of the status quo. 
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way. 
  • Uses Tableau to create interactive web-based dashboards to inform senior leadership of progress on organizational goals. 
  • Trains staff in the use of RAIs’ suite of web-based interactive dashboards. 
  • Communicates and collaborates with the BAYADA Business Intelligence steering committee to ensure RAIs’ suite of web-based interactive dashboards conforms to all corporate standards. 
  • Develops strategies, applications, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data. 
  • Evaluates, analyzes, and interprets data from a variety of data sources. 
  • Provides accurate and appropriate interpretation of data. 
  • Provides high level of customer service, and facilitates the satisfactory resolution of problems. 
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff. 
  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Formulates strategies to ensure successful completion of the office’s routine work plan or special projects, and revises the information to meet changing needs and requirements. 
  • Analyzes and identifies the resources required to complete the office’s routine work plan or special projects.

  • Contributes to team efforts. 
  • Provides high level of customer service. 
  • Makes sure deadlines are being met and communicates potential problems to supervisor and/or Director. 
  • Establishes and maintains working relationships with other teams, offices, employees within the organization. 
  • Conducts behavior in a professional manner. 
  • Progressively assumes additional responsibilities as needed.
