Branch is looking for a highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer with strong technical skills, a good eye for typography, and experience with web design. This person should have a passion for design, a can-do attitude, and the ability to quickly change focus and juggle multiple projects at once. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll get to: 

• Create design concepts and evolve your designs as we grow. 
• Layout white papers, one sheets, and case studies in pre-designed templates.
• Quickly resize and adapt multiple ads to fit campaign requirements. 
• Layout and design web pages in collaboration with the product marketing team and our web developer. 
• Produce social images and other templated designs quickly. 
• Design email and landing page templates. 
• Be the keeper and facilitator of our visual brand. 

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

• A compelling portfolio of relevant projects that demonstrate creativity and proficiency.
• High creative aptitude, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. 
• 6-8 years of professional experience in InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign & Canva.
• 2-3 years of experience in Web Design. 
• Ability to drive new design concepts with minimal oversight, and create and maintain a brand identity. 
• Ability to work with product designers and provide guidance on brand alignment. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality deliverables. 
• Strong organizational skills in relation to design files, design file libraries, art assets, art preparation for production, and shared drive backup files. 
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to be independent, self-motivated, proactive, & work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. 
• Expertise in print production and preparing files for print. 
• A sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced, scaling environment. 

Nice to Haves:

• Ability to edit images and design web pages in Sketch or InVision. 
• Strong typography design. 
• Fearlessness in your approach to learning and exploring new skills as they become available. 
• Video editing and motion graphics software skills. 
• Experience with photo retouching & image manipulation.
