Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Associate to join the Revenue Operations team.  This role is critical to fully leverage the tools in our marketing technology stack and contribute to lead generation growth. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing operations tools, monitoring and maintaining data quality within our marketing database, and conducting analyses and reporting on marketing performance.

This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role, requiring both strategic and tactical execution. We are looking for a true team player who has previously executed operations and supported development for high-growth Marketing organizations with exceptional problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on strategic marketing initiatives
  • Become a power user of HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools
  • Support Demand Generation efforts with the logistics of building out and deploying tactics such as, but not limited to: emails, webinars, lead nurturing and scoring programs 
  • Work with the marketing team to help maintain all department technologies and data sources, ensuring upgrades/updates are recommended, planned for, and deployed in a timely and organized fashion
  • Develop marketing insights by analyzing the performance of marketing activities; Support  ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
  • Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 2+ years’ experience working in operations, analytics, or a similar role preferred
  • Proficient in Hubspot and Salesforce (or equivalent marketing automation platforms and CRMs)
  • B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred 
  • Competent in marketing areas including strategy, tech stacks, lead scoring, and lead nurturing
  • A demonstrated history of using, maintaining, and analyzing data to measure performance and make recommendations
  • Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects end-to-end, achieving timeline and high-impact results
  • Brightwheel offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, equity and benefits) with a strong emphasis on equity-based compensation (ownership in brightwheel). For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In alignment with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual cash compensation for this role in Colorado is targeted at $69k-88k. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
