About the Team:
Supreme Customer Service is fundamental at Careem, and we want to wow our Captains (drivers) every time!
What you'll do
- Own the city setup and configurations to optimise customer experience, supply growth and performance
- Use a data driven approach to analyse the end to end journey from app opening to ride completion, and drive initiatives to ensure best marketplace KPIs
- Coordinate with all operations teams to ensure our captain supply acquisition, retention, engagement and customer experience is all intermingling smoothly resulting in the best marketplace health
- Daily marketplace performance KPIs analysis and monitoring
- Use SQL queries to fetch and analyse the needed marketplace data
What you'll need
- ½ to 2 years of experience in data driven/ business oriented roles
- Basic SQL skills required
- Adept in Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to give data-driven business recommendations
- Self motivated and team player
- Strong ownership
Where you'll be
- Even though we can work remotely, office presence is still needed at least 2-3 times a week.
- Office location is in Cairo - SV
