What you’ll do:

You will support project analysis for employee engagement, performance management, and other human resources best practice to increase efficiency effectiveness of HR programs. You will be working side-by-side with our business leaders who are passionate about supporting your development and changing the way America shops for its pets.

What you'll need:

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university with superior academic performance in a Bachelor’s degree program, major in Human Resources is preferred. A previous HR Internship or HR work experience is highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills. Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail are a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand and /or walk for up to an entire shift.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week internship.
