Our Opportunity:

Chewy is hiring an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations that will bring big ideas and a passion for operational excellence to our global recruiting organization in either our Dania Beach, FL or Boston, MA office. Leading at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations and project management, you will combine a deep expertise in recruiting with operational and analytical design to implement a scalable shared services organization. You will implement a reporting and analytics infrastructure to promote data driven decision making and will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our current systems and processes to drive scale.

As an Associate Director, you will lead a team responsible for building, launching, managing and measuring multiple global talent acquisition programs. You will manage multiple work-streams of large-scale projects with inputs from stakeholders across the enterprise. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking success metrics as you optimize the talent acquisition operating model. 

What You'll Do:

  • Build enterprise-wide programs that further mature our hiring models
  • Drive process improvements and optimization of talent acquisition processes across the enterprise
  • Evaluate tools and technologies that make us better managing the RFP process, vendor management, and impact assessment
  • Participate and impact headcount planning, recruiting team capacity modeling, and forecasting
  • Conceptualize, deliver, and optimize recruiting metrics and dashboards for talent acquisition and business leader consumption
  • Use analytics and predictive modeling that to drive talent acquisition and business decisions
  • Build and enable a data driven approach to recruiting
  • Identify potential risks or barriers for talent acquisition teams and develop programmatic solutions
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members on your team and across the talent acquisition function
  • Engage directly with executive level stakeholders as the subject matter expert around recruiting processes and measurement

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, math, statistics, business, or similar field of study
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) highly preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy or recruiting/HR operations
  • 3-4 years of experience leading, managing, and developing teams
  • Experience regularly interfacing and communicating executive leaders up to the C-suite
  • Expert knowledge of analytical tools and visualization such as Excel, Python, R, SQL, and/or Tableau
  • Some travel may be required
