Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric, data-driven Head of Brand Management- Private Label to lead our Private Brands’ strategy, marketing campaign development and GTM execution at our Dania Beach, FL headquarters. With storytelling, strategic insights and data acumen, this role will actively shape and express each of our private brand’s identities and tone of voice while building each brand with its respective target audience by improving performance throughout the purchase funnel.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Chewy brand marketing teams (media planning, PR, Digital, Social etc.) to drive private brand customer acquisition and retention
  • Drive Private Brands customer acquisition and retention across paid and owned channels, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements for all traffic channels
  • Design and execute marketing experiment frameworks (paid and owned), analyze results, and implement scalable campaigns
  • Identify scalable product technology opportunities to improve Private Brands marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional Private Brands business team to translate brand and product strategy into integrated marketing plans, tactics and customer experience
  • Build processes to ensure smooth execution across functions within Private Brands and Chewy brand marketing
  • Propose and implement customer experience improvements by using customer data
  • Develop, manage and grow Private Brand equities
  • Partner with Design team and Chewy studios to bring new products to life via compelling package design, content development and marketing communications development
  • Lead and mentor Private Label Marketing team

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of packaged goods digital marketing and/or e-commerce category marketing experience, ideally in corporate and startup environments
  • Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel) experience
  • Ability to develop metrics, analyze data quantitatively and identify opportunities and solve problems
  • Fluent in design, data, and technology
  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
  • Position may require travel
