Our Opportunity:

We are seeking Human Resources professionals that are recent college graduates interested in a once in a lifetime opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic operations environment. By joining our Fulfillment Center Human Resources Team in Edgerton, KS, you will have an immediate impact on the business by participating in on-going engagement initiatives and driving your own human resources projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct new employee on-site orientations to ensure team members gain an understanding of benefit plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor “call-off line” and process other time off requests to ensure accuracy of absenteeism tracking.
  • Process punch and payroll adjustments to ensure accuracy of timesheets. Process changes within deadlines.
  • Maintain employee files, initiate drug and background screenings, and conduct routine file audits.
  • Write, revise, edit and proofread company policies & procedures and related documents as needed. Use electronic benefits bulletin board and other vehicles to communicate information.
  • Perform other HR generalist duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Has a Bachelor Degree; major in Human Resources is preferred. A previous HR Internship or work experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills. Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, role will support Operations team shifts - which may include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • This position may require travel.
