Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a bright, analytical, and enthusiastic Learning Coordinator to join our Fulfillment Operations Team based in Archbald, PA. The Learning Coordinator supports the Learning Supervisor and team of on the floor trainers to constantly improve the learning experience for all job functions within the distribution center. This position has a high level of program administration management, training coordination, and delivery. This position includes ongoing development of persons and teams and works directly with the Operations, HR, Continuous Improvement, Safety, and Recruiting teams. 

 What you'll do:

  • Design training and development programs based on the organizational needs in consultation with Learning Supervisor
  • Partner with on the floor trainers to maintain consistency of process training
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and remediation training as needed
  • Facilitate courses or learning sessions with all process job roles and with Leadership as needed
  • Administrative tasks as needed: printing and organizing learning materials, tracking training sign-offs
  • Maintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting and other teams
  • Maintain visibility on the operations floor to maintain process knowledge and see gaps in the training process
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 What you'll need:

  • Instructional design using ADDIE, TWI model, or similar
  • Facilitation / presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced distribution environment
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines

 Bonus:

  • 2+ years of successful training experience and demonstrated proficiency in delivering and creating training
  • Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Outlook)
  • Understanding of fulfillment/distribution center/warehouse processes and flow
  • Well-developed observational and analytical skills
  • Able to work flexible schedules / shifts as needed for 7 day operation
  • Proven skills for planning daily/weekly tasks and adapting to competing demands
