Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a dynamic Sr. Pricing Program Manager to drive transformation into pricing programs and products to leverage advanced analytics that impact cross-functional strategies and P&L results at our Dania Beach, FL headquarters.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute pricing system capability roadmap with emphasis on system scale and flexibility for multiple pricing methodologies.
  • Apply Six Sigma or similar flawless execution toolkit to optimize processes and reduce defect rates across high volume, high frequency enterprise processes and systems.
  • Proactively prevent upstream and downstream defect impacts through cross-functional process mapping and ability to influence cross-functional technology and capability roadmaps.
  • Utilize and implement advanced analytics to proactively identify P&L, inventory, and operational trends that pricing levers can impact, then communicate and mobilize cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Create self-service data tools platform that preemptively address ad-hoc reporting needs for Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and other groups that utilize pricing inputs and accelerate decision making speed.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and other departments to translate pricing data and analytic insights into scalable and actionable business processes.
  • Directly manage a small team’s productivity through process optimization and transformation from transactional focus to quality control and process inspection oversight through application of advanced analytics. Provide coaching and developmental feedback to team members.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related degree with quantitative emphasis. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of related work experience and demonstrated track record of innovation and impact.
  • Six Sigma black belt or equivalent experience of driving quality control and error reduction projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing and owning profitability or productivity metrics across enterprise.
  • Experience giving critical developmental feedback both upwards, across, and downwards in the organization.
  • Advanced application of SQL, Tableau, and Excel or other data visualization tools to understand business problems. Experience with data analysis tools such as R or Python a plus
  • Strong analytical skills & creative problem solver that can deliver comprehensive, balanced & actionable analysis; ability to run analyses on large data sets and build complex analytical models
  • Proven ability to effectively build and manage relationships, interact at all levels within the organization and across multiple functions and to manage small team of direct reports.
  • Position may require travel.
