Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an experienced, consumer-centric, data-driven Senior Director of Marketing, Health and Wellness to lead pet health and wellness marketing campaign development and GTM execution at our Dania Beach, FL headquarters. With storytelling, strategic insights and data acumen, this role will help drive awareness, preference and loyalty to the Chewy Healthcare vertical.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define, develop and execute targeted go-to-market B2B and B2C strategies and marketing plans, including: writing creative briefs, tracking project progress and ensuring on-time campaign execution
  • Collaborate with Chewy brand marketing teams (Email, Digital, Social, Content etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention across paid and owned channels, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements for all channels
  • Work with research team to develop consumer insights that inform marketing plans, as well as test the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Design and execute marketing frameworks, analyze results, and implement scalable campaigns
  • Build processes to ensure smooth execution across functions within Healthcare business unit and Chewy brand marketing
  • Build best-in-class partner programs and driving partner marketing programs based on prioritization and annual goals
  • Serve as the overall Marketing lead for new launches, collaborating internally and externally across all categories to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years’ integrated marketing experience
  • 7+ year of team management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading B2B and B2C go-to-market campaigns, highly desirable
  • Must have attention to detail and possess critical thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, project management skills and client-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines inclusive of managing mass media, social media, print, affiliate marketing, etc.
  • Experience developing audience messaging and joint-partner value propositions.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
  • Advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel) experience
  • Ability to develop metrics, analyze data quantitatively and identify opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Position may require travel
