Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Visualization and Reporting for our marketing team in our Dania Beach, FL office. You will play a pivotal role building tools and applications to help transform our marketing data into insights. In this role, you will own capabilities needed to empower our marketers and creative partners to make data-driven decisions. Part of the challenge will be building for users with a diverse set of skills and varying degrees of comfort with data and technology. Your success will be measured by how easily your stakeholders can use the data to convey insights in actionable ways. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining product roadmaps for each of these capabilities. You will also pinch hit as our designer on the team, weighing in on the user interface of our in-house applications. In joining this team, you will help to contribute to continuous learning, insightful analysis and experimentation with an unrelenting customer focus.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and effective problem-solver with proven experience working across an organization to get things done. They will be adept at cutting through an onslaught of requests to assess business impact and drive prioritization towards results.

What you'll do:

• Scope visualization capabilities needed by our marketers and creative partners.
• Design and develop specifications for our self-service Tableau reporting.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap for all visualization & reporting capabilities.
• Design UI/UX for our in-house marketing applications.
• Drive adoption, communicate & showcase new features added to products in your portfolio.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, & superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

What you'll need:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in a product management role.
• UI/UX design experience and a strong design esthetic.
• Data-driven mindset with tactical experience driving projects to completion.
• Demonstrated understanding of business strategy & metrics.
• Thorough understanding of modern product management & development practices.
• Experience using Tableau or other business analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with scientific graphic libraries such as Plot.ly, Streamlit etc.  
• Ability to multi-task & work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, people-oriented attitude
