YOUR TASKS
You support workstreams along the M&A deal cycle, with a focus on either the deal side or the integration side depending on your profile and interest
Deal side:
You identify potential acquisition targets and help to build up the deal funnelYou build business plans for potential acquisitions targets, perform supporting analyses to value their business value and derive a purchasing priceYou support the due diligence efforts together with internal and external (e.g., lawyers) expertsYou support the creation of important offer documentation and negotiation preparations
Integration side:
You support the definition of the integration strategy for acquired travel agencies across all functionsYou are responsible for activities of our day-to-day functional integration effortsYou ensure we are on track to hit individual integration milestonesYou provide supporting analyses to our M&A investment team in the due diligence phase, to help define business plan and integration assumptions
You support specific knowledge topics to further shape our deal-making and integration playbook
YOUR PROFILE
Your are available for at least 3 months, ideally longer, to change the world of business travel together with usYou have finished your 4th semester of a bachelors’ degree (finance, economic, finance, international business or related fields) at a top university or have already graduated.You are able to work independently, in an analytical, organized and well structured mannerYou have great analytical and quantitative skills to conduct, e.g., synergy estimates of potential acquisitions, or perform business plan analysesYou possess strong process management and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentYou radiate eagerness to be part of a highly-skilled team and learn from expertsYou have a charismatic attitude and the natural ability to communicate well - excellent spoken and written English and German is a mustWHAT WE OFFER
