YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You take over the product ownership for a part of our platform, focussing particularly on integrations with suppliers as well as other partners You shape your product's roadmap based on our product vision in close collaboration with leadership and the rest of the product teamYou are the advocate of our customers - understand their needs (through direct conversations, surveys, analytics and feedback through our sales, account management and operations teams) and translate them into product requirementsYou manage the product backlog and make sure we are always working on the right thingsYou work hand in hand with designers, developers and data scientists to ship kick-ass featuresYou liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide transparency and orchestrate product-related decision-making processes among themYou facilitate a productive working model and agile development process for the team together with the engineering counterpartsYou work with the rest of the product team on platform-wide initiatives and featuresYou foster a culture of transparency and communication and challenge others while letting them challenge you to deliver the best results possibleYou orchestrate the go-live and roll-out of features with internal stakeholders and get our customers excited about themYOUR PROFILE
You have at least 5 years of hands-on work experience developing customer-facing software products in a fast-paced environmentYou have a strong technical understanding - it would be beneficial if you have previously coded somethingYou have a proven track record effectively leading the entire software product development cycle, from discovery to post-launch supportYou have experience working in an Agile product development process and with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) or similar toolsYou are analytical and data-informed, seeking the truth in numbers and facts and use them to frame and sell your ideasYou love working with and thrive in the presence of people with diverse backgrounds, talents, and mindsetsYou are a great communicator, you have excellent spoken and written English; German is a plusYou are a highly motivated self-starter who is willing and eager to go the extra mileYou are excited about changing the world of business travel - work experience in travel is a plus, passion for travel a mustWHAT WE OFFER
