As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play an important role in filling our key positions.
We have adapted our product to the needs of our customers and successfully changed our growth strategy, according to the current Covid19 situation. That means also ur team is growing very fast especially on the M&A and Tech side and we are always looking for new top-of-the-line like-minded people.

YOUR TASKS
You build up a successful recruiting process to find the perfect candidates for our teamsYou manage the whole recruiting process so that it's always high-quality and you make sure that all candidates have a positive candidate experienceYou generate and validate ideas and work closely together with all teams to figure out the needs and ensure a successful recruiting strategyYou coordinate appointments with applicants for yourself and the internal Hiring Managers - a lot of personal responsibility, ownership and an extremely steep learning curve waits for you.You write, transform and distribute our job descriptions to relevant networks all over the worldYou are responsible for pre-screening and interviewing candidates and guide them through the whole process You manage the candidate funnel from end to end for both technical and non-technical positions You represent the company's employer brand and further develop our hiring strategyResponsibility for identifying and addressing candidates directly via social networks such as LinkedInYou take responsibility of our relocation cases with professional organizations we cooperate with You are the contact person for our new starters and help us to build up an excellent company cultureYOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about Recruiting & Talent Acquisition!You have 2 years of experience related to full-cycle, in-house recruiting. Ideally, related to some volume and complex positions and dynamic environmentsYou have experience in recruiting tech positions like Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Sys Admins, Product Owners etcYou have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a related fieldYou have a charismatic attitude and strong interpersonal skillsYour working model can be described as well-structured and organizedYou have the natural ability to communicate well - excellent English skills and good German skills are a mustWHAT WE OFFER?
