About the opportunity

As a Launch Manager, you will work directly with Contentful’s new Enterprise customers to ensure they get maximum value from our platform early on. You will help our customers onboard with Contentful products, collaborate on creating a path for their success and ensure a smooth transition on their continued customer journey. You will also amplify the voice of the customer internally by driving continuous feedback into our Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams on ways we can better serve our customers.

What to expect?

• Drive new enterprise onboarding and ensure customer goals and expectations are on track for long term project(s) success
• Develop success plans for customers that lay out the path for their onboarding, launch, and beyond 
• Enable customers with Contentful essentials related to their project, use case and Contentful experience and recognize healthy / unhealthy patterns
• Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for our product and go-to-market teams
• Ensure seamless customer transition on their journey past the launch program 

What you need to be successful?

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles working with a technical product (your previous title might have been Technical Account Manager, Onboarding Manager, Solution Manager, Sales Engineer or Support Engineer)
• Experience in building alignment and relationships with both technical and business users in large enterprises
• Ability to understand and explain the Contentful API, as well as the modern content management and digital experience stack 
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively with a high volume of competing requests

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000

[This position is eligible for equity awards, annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful’s variable compensation plans.]
