About the opportunity
Contentful is deeply curious about our Customer’s pain points and goals. If you are passionate about identifying, recruiting and scheduling participants for our research projects and building an internal user panel, we want to speak with you. In your role as Associate UX Researcher you will be challenged to ensure a positive experience for our research participants, reporting to a research manager, while partnering with your internal research colleagues, product management, design teams.

What to expect?
- Partner closely with the research team to facilitate the participant recruiting process at Contentful
- Work independently in recruiting, scheduling and rescheduling interviews
- Set-up and manage a research participant panel for interviews and surveys
- Coordinate the interview preparation materials including moderation guide, note taking and transcripts for product managers and designers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication and feedback on participants
- Focus on continual improvement in the research participant recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)
What you need to be successful?
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing participant experience all at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) as well as the ability to easily connect and communicate different types of people
- Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for building and being a part of a high performing team
- Ability to flex work hours (as needed) to help monitor and troubleshoot interview scheduling
